Considered a reference company in the sector, TUPAI, with more than 45 years of experience, remains in the line of preference of "national and international professionals". DECORHOTEL presents itself as an essential showcase for its strategy. "The objectives are to show, in a personal and close way to all visitors, who we are, what we do and how we differentiate ourselves," said Sónia Sousa, Marketing Director of TUPAI.


What are TUPAI's expectations of DECORHOTEL?

We hope to continue the results obtained in the last participation in DECORHOTEL and expand our presence in this business area. Because with the growth of new hotel projects in Portugal and being this fair focused on this sector it becomes the ideal partnership.

 

What are the products/services that will be highlighted during the exhibition?

We will highlight our "Texture" line. With unique design and distinctive character we will present three different textures applied on the handle mirror. Inspired by nature, this range offers an unmistakable touch with a perfect combination of curved and geometric shapes.

"PEBBLES" (Texture 1): The irregularity of the stones sculpted by the water and the wind, the skin that protects the body and refers us to an elegant style with a touch of exuberance.

"WATERFALL" (Texture 2): Inspired by waterfalls and morning dewdrops, this texture lends personality to a wide typology of environments.

"LEATHER" (Texture 3): The organic texture of the natural world, a micro-organism, camouflaged or exposed in a product that takes on new life.

We must also mention one of the great differentiating factors of TUPAI: the possibility of equipping the door with all the fittings in the same finish (handle, hinge, lock, jamb,...).

 

What are the company's goals with its presence in the event?

Show, in a personal and close way to all visitors, who we are, what we do and how we differentiate ourselves. Enhance networking and increase our network of contacts in this specific sector.

 

Along with the exhibition of products/services, is TUPAI working on any action for DECORHOTEL?

Our participation in fairs is always based on an advance preparation in order to enhance our presence. We will "bet" on our databases and social networks to communicate our presence, products and the fair itself.

 

The technological component is one of TUPAI's pillars. How do you describe the work developed by TUPAI?

With the support of the in-house R&D office and the product and process engineering department, TUPAI is constantly innovating through new products or functional improvements to existing products, as well as developing new color and texture finishes, to offer the market several innovations/solutions per year.

We favor process improvement and automation, efficiency in operations, and increased labor productivity. By controlling the production process, from raw material to final product, our advanced technological resources enable a differentiated and high quality production.

To this concern, we combine the introduction of practices that ensure the use of resources with reduced environmental impact and reuse them in defense of the planet's sustainability, using clean energy from renewable sources whenever possible.

 

Since TUPAI is a reference company in the sector with more than 45 years of experience, what added value do you think it has added to the segment where you are?

With 45 years of know-how in the production and finishing of metal products (brass, zamak, and stainless steel) for the construction, architecture, and OEM industries, our flexibility and diversity are recognized by national and international professionals.
