Associação dos Comerciantes de Carnes do Concelho de Lisboa e Outros - Association of Meat Traders of the Municipality of Lisbon and Others (ACCCLO) aims to defend the interests of the associated traders. The organization includes meat traders in butcher shops but also the meat industry, commercial establishments selling meat, and meat products such as supermarkets and sausage traders. The last two years have been very challenging for the sector, first with the pandemic and now with the issue of inflation, which has contributed to rising prices.
