TECNIPÃO returns to Lisbon from April 7 to 9, 2024

The next edition of TECNIPÃO will take place from April 7 to 9, 2024, in Lisbon. In this new edition, the event aims to be a lever for companies to strengthen their commitment, and the organization has added a new dynamic to the event with the Packaging - Food Sector, aimed at the packaging solutions segment, and ICE CREAM, aimed at ice cream representatives.
The event is attended by a number of leading companies and brands in the bakery and pastry sector, who each time choose the exhibition to present their innovations.
The exhibition includes a wide range of ovens, kneaders, mixers, laminators, dividers, cutters, formers, scales; industrial washing machines, industrial kitchens, hotel equipment, and raw materials, ingredients, additives, frozen pasta, flours, among others.
Statistically, this is the second most consumed food category in Europe, behind dairy products, representing 17% of the total diet. In Portugal, the average consumption of bakery products is over 60 kilos per capita per year and, despite a slight decrease during the years of the pandemic, in 2021 the consumption of bread and its derivatives began to grow again, with an annual increase of 6.8% expected until 2028.
